Great choice for solo travelers
Location was amazing. The room had these lights under the furniture that made it feel real cozy I loved the Starbucks right in the building, made mornings so much easier.
It was kinda pricey but for what you get, its acceptable.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We enjoyed the live music at the hotel restaurant and explored the nearby Michigan Avenue and Millennium Park. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better! Just a heads up, the sirens from the hospital next door can be a bit noisy at night, but it's totally manageable. I would definitely recommend this place for a fun group getaway!
The service was a bit of a letdown. I had trouble getting basic items like laundry bags and silverware, which took way too long to arrive. It really put a damper on our meals while we were there.

The Level Two Cafe whipped up some tasty dishes, and the drinks at the bar were just right after a long day. Plus, the hot tub was a cozy retreat after exploring the city. It was a perfect base for hitting up spots like The Purple Pig nearby!
Still enjoyed the city vibe, even with the awkward start!

The room layout was excellent, featuring comfortable beds and great amenities like a hair dryer and fridge. The fitness center with Peloton bikes was a fantastic addition to our stay. However, the hot tub was disappointingly cold, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Additionally, while the restaurant staff were friendly, the food options could have been more diverse to cater to different tastes.

The bathroom could use a bit of updating.
